- Entering and maintaining publication data in the Doxis system
- Checking and correcting existing entries
- Support in researching bibliographic data (e.g. DOI, publisher data)
- General support in the area of research documentation
Requirements::
- Enrolled student (preferably in a humanities, social sciences or information science programme)
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Interest in scientific publications and documentation
Soft Skills::
- Very careful, structured and reliable way of working
- Experience in working with Doxis or similar systems (an advantage, but not essential)
